Kioxia Announces Change in Executive Officer

Tokyo, March 28, 2024 - Kioxia Holdings Corporation announced that Executive Vice Chairman Lorenzo A. Flores will be stepping down as Executive Vice Chairman due to personal reasons, effective March 31, 2024. Mr. Flores joined Kioxia in November 2019 and served as the Executive Vice Chairman.

During his time as Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Flores made meaningful contributions to Kioxia’s memory leadership and innovation, helping Kioxia introduce new flash memory technologies, expand its manufacturing capabilities and forge ahead with its new identity and journey as Kioxia. Lorenzo has built a strong track record of technology and financial leadership in his career, serving in executive positions at Xilinx, Cognizant Technology Solutions and Intel.
